Judaism doesn't believe in recruitment. It's against any forms of encouragement or influencing others to convert. Even when a gentile tries to convert rabbi's do everything in their power to discourage possible converts (they are obligated to do so according to Jewish law).

Judaism is the only religion in the world that does believes in heaven for people who don't share Jewish believes. You don't have to be Jewish to be a good/moral/ethical human being, and you can achieve heaven without being Jewish. Judaism believes that if a gentile keeps seven basic laws he will defiantly achieve heaven.

Here they are

1. Do not murder.
2. Do not steal.
3. Do not worship false gods.
4. Do not be sexually immoral.
5. Do not eat a limb removed from a live animal.
6. Do not curse God.
7. Set up courts and bring offenders to justice.

No they are not into that. To the contrary, they are using Judaism as a factor which legitimately distinguishes them from the rest of the world, with being Jewish automatically granting them rights that others do not have and deeming them entitled to do things others cannot do. (their grounds for being the privileged minority)

It's a way to unite around a declarable cause, however irrational it is, so that they can network in financial matters, law and all econo-political stuff one could think of.

Jews have always displayed this self-biased attitude and Karl Marx as a Jew, considered the Jewish question as one rooted in economic(a better choice of word would be capitalist) concerns than what Jews made it look like, that is, a religious&racial one (and always attaching the concept of freedom to them, regardless of its relevance).

I agree with this analysis.

I liked your question a lot. Since I agree with Karl Marx, based on what I'd written above, I think it's better not having any religion. Then every political agenda will no more have some cover under which to operate and people will start to think, actually.

No, Jews are not in the habit of "recruiting" for their beliefs.

That's one reason why I respect them more than certain Christian groups.
Well, you can't be critical, you musn't question the state of Israel, and musn't quote any violent scripture from the Torah, you musn't quote any sick perverted stuff from the Talmud, if you are winning the argument you should give up, if the Jew brings up the Holocaust to distract you you must go along with his wishes....

otherwise you'll be called an anti-semite

If you're discussing, not debating, and the other person wants to participate, there's nothing wrong with your plans.

Just make sure you are discussing with a person who wants to hear your views (we've pretty much heard it all before), and you are open to hearing that person's views.

There are ways to do this. Just be polite, and respectful. There is nothing wrong with disagreeing with another persons religious beliefs. Just don't be rude about it. I am a Christian and people disagree with me all the time. I don't mind that. But I have stopped going to R and S here because too many are just trolls looking to offend my beliefs.

Comment on Judaism: How does Judaism treat the book of Daniel and the prophecy of the statue? by Hatikvah JPA

"A prophet never foretells 'a fixed, unchangeable future.' Prophets do not predict what will happen tomorrow. Instead, 'they announce a present that requires human choice and decision.' It is a present 'in which the future is being prepared' but whose outcome depends upon the work and decisions of human beings." Philosopher Martin Buber, quoted from "A Torah Commentary for our Times" by Harvey J. Fields
Prophesy provides guidance, and always has an ethical/moral proponent. A prophet speaks for God in his own understanding.
In Judaism the book of Daniel is not among the books of the prophets, it is among the Writings, along with Psalms, Proverbs, etc.
It is a man's vision and it was written as poetry, are the reasons given as to why it is placed with the Writings.
The statue are the worldly kingdoms as they came to power.
Babylonian
Persian/Medes
Greek
Roman
The Roman Empire is still ruling through Edom and Ishmael
